At Warrior Skincare, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery or pickup date.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Return
Local Pickup Orders:
If your item was picked up locally, it can be returned in person the same way. Please contact us to coordinate a drop off time.
Shipped Orders from Distributor:
If your order was shipped, it must be returned to the designated return address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been opened or used
Items returned after 14 days
Final sale or promotional items
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
